Netzer Capital is an early-stage impact investment fund deploying minority equity into small and growing businesses in Israel’s underserved regions – including the Gaza envelope, northern border, and broader economic periphery.

We combine capital with hands-on operational support to help resilient entrepreneurs grow, scale, and rebuild their businesses.

We’re looking for a smart, motivated Investment & Operations Analyst to join us from day one and help shape the direction of the fund.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and underwrite small business investments across sectors
• Conduct financial and operational due diligence
• Build investment models, memos, and internal tools
• Support portfolio companies post-investment with business analysis and field-based guidance
• Travel frequently across Israel to meet founders and assess businesses on the ground

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, M&A, or investment roles
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
• Fully fluent in Hebrew and English – written and spoken
• Self-starter, collaborative, and excited to work in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
• Passionate about small business, regional development, and impact investing
