Product Manager

A startup company in the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) space, developing a one-of-a-kind Ever Data Security platform that automatically and rapidly detects and prevents data leaks.

Founded less than six months ago, the product is already deployed at leading global companies, and the company is anticipating continued rapid success. It was founded by three experienced entrepreneurs with a shared background in elite tech units.

They were among the first employees at some of Israel’s top tech companies, and the CEO is a successful founder with a prior exit to Microsoft.

The company has earned the trust of top-tier investors and secured a substantial Seed round.

They are based in Tel Aviv, near the train line, and offer hybrid work options. The team includes 25 global employees, with 15 in Israel mostly R&D.

Role Overview –

• First Product Manager on the Team
• Own and lead a core product domain
• Drive strategic planning and roadmap development for your domain
• Manage and continuously prioritize the engineering team’s backlog and objectives
• Engage regularly with customers for discovery, delivery, and validation
• Work closely with design and engineering teams to align product vision
• Provide granular details to developers, ensuring clear articulation of use cases and customer needs
• Enable and support field teams with product knowledge and insights

Requirements-

• 2 years of experience in SaaS B2B product management
• Experience in cybersecurity is highly desirable
• Proven ability to dive deep into complex technological challenges
• Exceptional attention to detail and a sense of end-to-end ownership
• Ability to clearly articulate customer needs and use cases
• Strong experience working with design, frontend, and backend teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• A mindset geared toward field enablement and support
