We are seeking an exceptional Senior Algorithm Developer with deep expertise in machine learning, computer vision, and real-time AI applications. The ideal candidate will drive the development of advanced algorithms for image and video processing, with a focus on biological and food-tech applications.

• Design and implement cutting-edge algorithms for image/video processing, including object detection, classification, and tracking
• Develop and optimize deep learning models for real-time applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, biology) to integrate AI solutions into our products
• Optimize algorithms for performance and efficiency in resource-constrained environments
• Stay current with the latest research and technologies in AI, computer vision, and deep learning
• Participate in the full product development life-cycle

• MSc degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field

• Strong mathematical foundation and understanding of ML/DL mathematical and statistical principles
• Expert-level scientific Python programming skills, including proficiency with:
• PyTorch
• OpenCV
• scikit-learn
• Other relevant ML/data processing libraries

• 5+ years of proven experience in image/video processing, including object detection/classification and tracking
• 5+ years of proven experience with AI and machine learning, specifically for image/video/time-series processing
• Demonstrated expertise with CNNs, recurrent networks (LSTMs), and transformers
• 2+ years of experience with DL optimization methods for real-time applications (TensorRT, DeepStream, models compression)

• Experience in real-time parallel programming on GPU/CPU (CUDA, C++, etc.)
• Experience integrating machine learning with software systems
• Experience integrating ML solutions with hardware devices (cameras, frame-grabbers, pulse generators)
• Working and collaborating with language models
• Background or experience in biological sciences or medical imaging
