Head of Product

An AI-augmented platform is transforming the way enterprise developers understand and work with large, complex codebases. We are seeking a Head of Product to lead product strategy and execution, helping drive innovation and deliver real impact to the developer experience.

This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the executive team, with ownership over the product vision, roadmap, and team. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, technical acumen, and a strong track record of delivering exceptional developer-facing products.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and execution
• Own product goals, user journeys, and feature prioritization
• Drive continuous innovation with AI-powered solutions for developers
• Maintain a deep understanding of user needs in complex technical environments
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to ship high-quality features
• Build and mentor a top-performing product team with a customer-first mindset
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to align product and business goals
• Stay on top of industry trends, user behavior, and the competitive landscape
• Foster a data-driven, outcome-focused product culture

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring product managers
• 6+ years of B2B product management experience (developer tools or technical products preferred)
• Strong technical background and ability to navigate complex systems
• Proven success in turning product vision into shipped features
• Experience working closely with R&D teams in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
