Technical Recruiter

We're hiring a Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team at Bynet Data Communications

👩‍💻 What will you be doing?

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes: job profiling, posting, phone & in-person interviews, salary negotiations, contracts, onboarding

• Partnering with hiring managers across tech and corporate divisions

• Proactively sourcing through multiple platforms and keeping in touch with top candidates

• Leading and joining internal projects to improve candidate experience and drive innovation in recruitment

🔍 What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience – must

• Experience in tech recruitment – big plus

• Independence, great organizational skills, and attention to detail

• Tech curiosity and strong interpersonal communication
