𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in alignment with the company's
strategic goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and R&D teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market
demand.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to elevate brand presence and identify potential business opportunities.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• MBA in Business or a related field is required.
• Proven track record of at least 10+ years in sales leadership roles within the technology sector, with a focus on
enterprise solutions or emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated success in scaling sales operations and achieving revenue growth in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Strong understanding of quantum computing, advanced analytics, or other complex technological domains.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
