VP R&D | Kaleidoo.ai

Kaleidoo, one of the leading AI startups in Israel, is looking for a visionary Head of Product Development – someone with a spark in their eyes, a passion for building, leading, and growing, and a deep desire to make a real impact and help shape the world through AI.

We’re building a breakthrough product with global reach, in collaboration with some of the world’s largest AI companies. Our solutions are already recognized both in Israel and internationally, and we’re expanding into new markets.

• Lead the entire product development operation – from concept to execution, from strategy to delivery
• Drive processes and teams to deliver high-quality, high-impact products on time
• Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, data, AI, UX, and DevOps
• Build scalable development foundations while maintaining agility and innovation
• Interface directly with key customers, and partners

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading product development teams, with a proven track record of execution and delivery
• Strong advantage: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in AI domains such as computer vision, LLMs, speech analysis, etc.
• Ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary product in fast-paced environments
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field – strong advantage
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead and inspire people
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines and changing priorities
