Product Manager

We’re a fast-growing startup developing cutting-edge, innovative technology that’s reshaping our industry. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Product Manager to join our expanding team and play a key role in driving our product forward.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate closely with a strong team of Product Managers and cross-functional teams — including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales — to develop products that are both technologically advanced and deeply aligned with customer needs.

What you’ll be doing?

• Define and maintain a data-driven product roadmap that supports company objectives and user value
• Translate customer needs and complex problems into intuitive, high-impact product features
• Write clear product requirements and manage them through the development lifecycle
• Collaborate daily with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Use analytics, feedback, and experimentation (like A/B testing) to continuously improve the product
• Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor moves to keep our product relevant and competitive
• Represent the voice of the customer across the organization
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle — from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization

What we’re looking for?

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a startup or tech environment
• Strong grasp of agile methodologies and the full product development lifecycle
• Ability to work with data to inform decisions and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative approach and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello — a plus
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centric design — an advantage
• Passion for innovation, technology, and continuous learning
