Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Early-Stage Dating App Start-Up

Wings is a bold new dating app that merges matchmaking with social referrals and nightlife discovery. Designed for Gen Z, Wings enables users to connect through their inner circle, share profiles, and discover who’s “Available Tonight.” Think the social side of dating meets trusted matchmaking.

We’re seeking a technical co-founder or founding CTO to lead the development and scaling of our MVP and future app architecture. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who’s entrepreneurial, creative, and excited about building from 0 to 1.

Your Role:

• Lead the end-to-end technical development of Wings (app and backend)
• Make key decisions on tech stack (Flutter/React Native, Firebase, etc.)
• Collaborate with the founder to execute the product roadmap
• Build and manage a small team of developers (freelance or in-house)
• Ensure scalability, performance, and data security
• Contribute to fundraising conversations, tech strategy, and growth plans

You Are:

• A builder at heart, who has developed and launched mobile apps
• Entrepreneurial and excited to be part of an early-stage venture
• Experienced in social or consumer-facing products
• Proficient in mobile development (cross-platform preferred) and backend integration
• Open to earning equity and growing with the company
