Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative student/freelancer to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment. As a part-time assistant, you’ll participate in shooting days (once a week or once in two weeks) and will be responsible for filming and editing the footage to suit our social media channels as well as appearing in front of the camera and speaking. You will work closely with our Social Media Manager and our Product Team.

Payment: 45 shekels/hr + transportation

Key Responsibilities

========================

• Assist in filming vibrant, creative, and trendy TikToks and Reels.
• Be the face of our brand and appear in front of the camera
• Edit the video footage according to our social channels visual identity and style.
• Participate in creative briefs and monthly meetings with the Social Media Manager.
• Be in touch with Social Media Manager for approvals and corrections and work together as a creative team.
• Help with other small tasks connected to Social Media, if requested by the Social Media Manager (uploading a post according to instructions, uploading YouTube videos, writing a copy for a Social Media post, trends research etc.)

Requirements

========================

• Native (or close to) native English speaker
• Comfortable appearing on camera, with clear and engaging speech
• Must be able to invoice for their work (freelance basis)
• Energy, confidence, and a dynamic presence
• Proficiency in CapCut
• Knowledge in AI tools for content creation
• Knowledge of Social Media filming techniques
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Love for Social Media world and trends
• Availability to come at least twice a month to the office in Netanya (on Mondays or Wednesdays)
• Ability to work remotely at the same hours as our Social Media Manager (Sunday-Thursday)
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Advantage: Familiarity with website builders or no-code platforms (Wix, WordPress or others…)
