🔍 We're Hiring: ATE Software Engineer | Defense Industry

We are seeking a talented and motivated ATE Software Engineer to join a leading defense technology company, specializing in cutting-edge RADAR systems for active protection, counter-drone solutions, and critical infrastructure security.

In this role, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team developing and maintaining advanced ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) software for electronic cards and calibration systems that support next-generation AESA radar technology.

🎯 Key Responsibilities 💡

• Develop, test, and maintain software for ATE systems used in electronic card testing and radar calibration
• Collaborate with hardware teams for smooth system integration
• Troubleshoot software issues and optimize performance
• Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation
• Ensure software meets quality and industry standards
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet development goals
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in testing methodologies

📝 Requirements

• Practical Engineer / B.A. / B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in Python development - must
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with RF hardware, drivers, or test equipment - must
• Strong system-level understanding - must
• Familiarity with networking (Ethernet, TCP/IP) - advantage
• Experience writing technical documentation - advantage
• Independent, responsible, team-oriented, and well-organized
