Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead Hear’s marketing efforts from the ground up. This role requires someone who can think strategically but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and execute. You will be responsible for creating and scaling a high-impact marketing engine, crafting our narrative, and generating a robust pipeline to support our US-focused sales expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions Hear as a category leader in conversational intelligence.
• Own and drive demand generation, building scalable programs across digital, content, social, email, and events to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Build and execute a world-class content marketing program to drive thought leadership, educate the market, and support the sales team throughout the buyer journey.
• Craft compelling messaging and positioning that clearly articulates Hear’s unique value proposition to customer experience, customer service, sales, and contact center executives.
• Support field sales efforts by developing enablement materials, case studies, one-pagers, and sales playbooks.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring efficiency and maximizing ROI.
• Establish key marketing KPIs and reporting, continuously measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
• Build and manage the marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools).
• Engage with industry influencers, media, analysts, and partners to expand Hear.ai’s visibility in the market.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in an early-stage or growth-stage environment.
• Proven success leading demand generation and content marketing initiatives that directly supported revenue growth.
• Experience building marketing programs that target Customer Experience, Customer Service, Contact Center Operations, or Sales Executives is highly preferred.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mentality — you love building from scratch and scaling with agility.
• Strong grasp of solution selling and value-based positioning — ability to connect technology to clear business outcomes.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
• Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and CRM/marketing automation expertise (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Knowledge of AI, voice technologies, or customer experience solutions is a strong plus.
• Based in Israel, with the ability to collaborate with a team and customer base heavily concentrated in the US market.
