Leading and developing resource management for the Biomedical Research Infrastructure Center, including basic research.

Managing and developing the center's team.

Making the center's services accessible to researchers within the faculty, the Technion, and the industry. Providing support, training, and assistance to researchers and students in setting up dedicated experimental systems and using the center's facilities for experiments.

Supporting advanced teaching courses and teaching laboratories.

Advising and guiding on future infrastructure acquisitions.

Assisting in writing research grants, calls for proposals, and research articles.

Collaborating with other research centers within the Technion, in Israel, and abroad.

Managing the center's budgets, including user budget charging, procurement, and general administration.

Responsibility for maintaining equipment and infrastructure of the center – maintenance, operation, and safety.

Performing additional tasks as required by the center and the faculty.

Required Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Life Sciences or Engineering.

Proven experience in managing scientific teams.

High technical proficiency.

Strong organizational and management skills.
