Goren Family Office, a growing wealth management firm, is looking for an organized, service-oriented, and detail-driven Office Manager to confidently oversee all administrative operations and be an integral part of the company’s beating heart.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and clients.
- Managing calendars, tasks, and coordinating meetings for the partners and CEO.
- Overseeing daily office operations: procurement, suppliers, equipment, mail, etc.
- Responsible for employee well-being, including organizing company events.
- Ongoing coordination with the finance department (including supplier payments, invoices, and purchase orders).
- Support for the operations team – client onboarding, document and list management, tracking, and control.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role – required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, high level of responsibility, service orientation, professional demeanor, and discretion.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Calendar.
- Good command of English (for daily communication).
- Familiarity with finance and capital markets – an advantage.
