Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role involves spearheading the quality division and ensuring the highest standards in our operations.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the quality team

- Identify fault factors and prepare preventive measures

- Manage workflow processes with new clients

- Address complaints and conduct customer and supplier visits

- Coordinate quality-related matters and prepare for internal and external audits

- Develop and update quality procedures

- Operate the lab and lead management surveys across organizational interfaces

🔑 Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in quality within the plastics or food industry

- Proven track record in managing international standards processes and proficiency in MS Office

- Strong command of standards such as HACCP, BRC, ISO 9001/22000, SMETA

- Excellent English proficiency

- Flexible working hours and ability to manage extensive workloads

- High personal abilities including process leadership, assertiveness, and analytical skills

- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and task alignment capabilities
