We're hiring an Agile Coach to join the Center of Excellence team at a startup in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives, with a strong emphasis on SAFe methodologies

-Act as a coach and mentor to teams and leaders, promoting Agile principles and best practices

-Influence stakeholders and effectively manage resistance through strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Analyze team and organizational data to derive insights and identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:

2 years of experience as an Agile Coach or as part of a Center of Excellence team
Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives using the SAFe framework
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
Analytical thinking and the ability to extract insights for process improvement
