Three Spring Group, a fast-growing agency, is looking for an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts with set targets. These could include major app developers, game developers, mobile agencies and media agencies; maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them. You will be expected to have strong interpersonal skills to maintain and develop the relationship with the clients. You will optimize the ongoing campaigns in order to meet clients expectations/KPI's. This will require a good level of Excel and data management orientation. You will also integrate new advertisers, and work with both internal and external parties to ensure that technical and campaign-related issues are handled quickly and appropriately with advertisers. This position entails focus on campaign management through campaign performance analysis, campaign optimization and maximizing relationships for new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
✓ Manage campaigns on various MMP’s- Deal with all aspects of a campaign, ongoing Optimization, and review daily reports.
✓ Reconcile Advertiser accounts monthly (Revenue reports)
✓ Assist in the technical aspects of Advertiser integration (both new and ongoing). ✓ Achieving revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client business goals, challenges, and needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Attend client meetings.
Customer Satisfaction
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Aim for exceptional customer satisfaction.
Goal-Oriented Focus
• Meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive monthly account growth.
Collaboration
• Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Product Development) to improve the client experience.
• Provide feedback to enhance our services.
Business Development:
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and client needs.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: At least 1-year’s recent experience in a relevant field - MUST
- Deep understanding of performance mobile marketing eco-system -MUST
- Familiarity the Mobile measurement platforms (MMP's analytical data) - MUST
- Proficiency in Excel (data manipulation, VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables)- MUST
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage key executives and stakeholders.
- Driven and Energetic: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and pursue goals proactively.
- Strategic Thinker: Plan strategically to meet immediate and long-term client needs.
Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data dashboards; proficient in Excel and similar tools.

- Problem-Solving: Proactive in solving client issues and finding creative solutions.
- Team Player: Collaborate with the sales team to meet quotas while keeping clients satisfied.
