Experienced High-tech Commercial Lawyer Wanted for the Legal Department of a Technology Company.

We are seeking an experienced lawyer with 6 years of experience in the commercial – high-tech field Experience in top law firms or in the legal department of a technology company – required.

Proven experience in drafting various commercial agreements, handling tenders, and providing ongoing legal counsel.

Drafting agreements for collaborations, technological services in the software field, and licensing.

Ability to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment.

At least 4 years of experience in the high-tech commercial field.

Experience in drafting software agreements.

Experience in handling acquisitions.

Experience in licensing agreements.

Experience in advising senior management teams on business exposure matters.

Native-level English (spoken and written) – mandatory.

Knowledge of labor law – an advantage.
