Role Overview:
• Guide and support apartment owners from planning stages through project kickoff
• Lead negotiations and define technical specifications
• Provide ongoing architectural advice and coordinate with tenant representatives, contractors, and lawyers
Requirements:
• Licensed Architect or Architectural Practical Engineer
• Experience with technical specs / Sales Law specs
• Experience handling tenant changes
• Background in a development, contracting, or supervision company – a bonus
