System Analyst

A leading healthcare organization is looking for a CRM Systems Analyst for a key and influential role.

In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing and specifying business processes in the CRM system, improving existing workflows.

The role reports to the project manager and includes close collaboration with implementation and development teams, including writing detailed specifications.

The position is located in Tel Aviv, full-time, with the possibility of a hybrid work model.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a CRM Systems Analyst – must
• Experience working with development, infrastructure, and DBA teams
• Strong business understanding and ability to translate business needs into technological solutions
• In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM module – an advantage
• Experience working in healthcare organizations – a significant advantage
