Head of Product

We are a product-led company, meaning our product experience is at the core of our growth strategy. Now, we’re looking for an exceptional Head of Product to lead our product organization and take Imagen to the next level.

As Head of Product, you will define and execute Imagen’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You’ll lead high-performing product and product design teams, collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, and sales to drive adoption, retention, and revenue.

This is an executive-level role for a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in product-led growth (PLG), AI-powered SaaS, and consumer-driven innovation. You should be obsessed with building exceptional user experiences, leveraging data to make decisions, and scaling products in global markets.

This role is for a true executive—someone who has already led a successful product organization at scale and is ready to shape Imagen’s future.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Product Vision & Strategy Definition Process – Define a compelling product strategy that balances growth, innovation, and user experience.
• Drive Product-Led Growth – Ensure product adoption and retention through an intuitive user journey, automation, and continuous experimentation.
• Lead & Scale the Product Team – Build and mentor a world-class product organization, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and execution.
• Align Cross-Functional Teams – Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience.
• Leverage AI & Data – Champion data-driven decision-making and AI capabilities to enhance product performance and user satisfaction.
• Expand into New Markets – Adapt the product strategy for international expansion, optimizing for different customer needs and behaviors.
• Own KPIs & Execution – Define and track key product metrics, ensuring alignment with Imagen’s business objectives.
  
  

• Proven Executive Experience – 10+ years in product leadership, with at least 3-5 years as a VP or Head of Product in a product-led company.
• PLG & AI-SaaS Expertise – Strong track record in scaling B2C or prosumer SaaS through product-led growth, with an understanding of AI-driven experiences.
• Data & Experimentation-Driven – Comfortable leading teams that use data, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics to optimize growth.
• Strong Leadership & Communication – Experience managing, mentoring, and scaling product teams across different functions.
• Customer-Centric Mindset – Passionate about building products that delight users, with a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
• Technical & Business Acumen – Ability to work closely with engineering teams while also contributing to high-level business strategy.
• International Market Experience – Familiarity with launching and optimizing products in diverse global markets.
