We’re looking for a data-driven, analytical, and hands-on Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team. This is a critical role focused on understanding user behavior, optimizing marketing performance, and generating actionable insights to fuel growth—particularly in retention, VIP engagement, user acquisition, and micro-conversions. You will work closely with the CMO and other stakeholders to build a robust analytics foundation that informs strategic decisions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify key customer segments, improve user journeys, and drive VIP engagement and retention.
- Optimize the marketing funnel with a focus on micro-conversions, ensuring a seamless user experience from acquisition through loyalty stages.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for management and leadership to monitor marketing performance, retention metrics, and VIP user growth.
- Dive deep into marketing metrics, customer support data, and user journey insights to uncover opportunities for user acquisition, churn reduction, and increased lifetime value.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Content teams to support data-driven initiatives, refine user acquisition strategies, and enhance VIP engagement.
- Develop and execute data-driven retention strategies that maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Identify and communicate actionable insights that support campaign optimization, retention strategies, loyalty programs, and overall user experience improvements.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics) required.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (must).
- Experience building dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, conversion metrics, and user segmentation with an emphasis on retention and VIP strategies.
- Business-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
- Clear, concise communication skills for presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
