We are looking for a passionate and skilled Mobile Team Lead to join our dynamic tech company. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of mobile applications, ensuring they meet high standards for functionality, security, and performance.
What you’ll do:
● Lead the development of high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
● Work with cross-disciplinary teams to drive the design, planning, and execution of new features
● Ensure mobile solutions are secure, scalable, and efficient by implementing industry best practices
● Guide the team in adopting new technologies and staying up to date with mobile trends
● Help make crucial technical decisions, ensuring the mobile applications are robust and user-friendly
● Mentor junior developers and oversee code quality through review processes
What we’re looking for:
● At least 8 years of experience in mobile development, with expertise in either iOS or Android
● Over 5 years of experience leading a team, including responsibility for hiring, coaching, and guiding team members
● Deep understanding of mobile application architecture and performance optimization
● Experience delivering successful, production-grade applications to a large user base
● Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
● Familiarity with the agile development process and working in a fast-paced environment
