Global Talent Acquisition Manager

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and innovative Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing HR team at Apono. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our global recruitment efforts, supporting the company's rapid growth across Israel and the US.

Responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end hiring efforts across various departments, both locally and globally.
• Creatively sourcing top-tier candidates through multiple channels and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Conducting comprehensive HR interviews, including in-depth behavioral interviews.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify hiring needs, strategize recruitment plans, and drive successful outcomes.
• Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from the initial contact through final decision.
• Utilizing data-driven insights to identify meaningful patterns and inform recruitment and onboarding strategies.
• Contributing actively to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition and hiring processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment in startup/high-tech environments- a must.
• Experience sourcing and hiring candidates for roles in both the US and IL market- a must.
• Willing to work from our TLV office 4 times a week.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- a must
• Strong expertise in sourcing and building robust candidate pipelines.
• Proven experience conducting in-depth behavioral interviews.
• Willingness to work US hours when needed.
• Highly motivated, independent, and proactive with a can-do attitude
