As part of our growth and renewal, we are looking for a PMO to join a high-impact national project – the Reconstruction Project of the Nirlat Factory in Nir Oz.

What will you do?

• Plan and manage resources and timelines for a large-scale national project
• Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to project managers
• Build, monitor, and control project schedules and work plans
• Manage project status, generate reports, and drive process improvements
• Oversee project control and performance analysis
• Present data and updates to senior management

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in PMO or project control roles
• Strong technical background in electromechanics – required
• Proficiency in MS Project – required
• Familiarity with construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects
• Significant advantage: experience in large-scale projects (e.g., power plants, ports, industrial factories)
• High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking
• Experience preparing and presenting monthly reports to senior leadership
• Ability to work independently and closely with a project manager
