We're looking for an experienced and insightful FP&A Analyst to join the Budget & Control Department of a well-established financial organization based in Ramat Gan.
Responsibilities:
In this role, the analyst will take full ownership of financial planning processes for a business unit, providing strategic insights to drive performance.
Responsibilities include preparing annual budgets, building forecasts and work plans, conducting feasibility analyses, analyzing financial data and trends, and developing and maintaining advanced financial models.
The position involves working closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization, including international interfaces.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2–3 years of proven FP&A experience in a large organization – required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and methodically
- High-level English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
