Role Description

The R&D Team Leader will be responsible for:

• Providing technical leadership to a specialized research and development team in advanced AI technologies
• Formulating and implementing a comprehensive technological roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Spearheading strategic projects that drive innovation and competitive advantage
• Overseeing cloud infrastructure optimization, performance enhancement, and information security protocols
• Conducting thorough code reviews and maintaining hands-on involvement in development processes
• Ensuring product quality through rigorous technical standards and best practices
• Fostering cross-functional collaboration with product management, development teams, and AI data specialists

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in research and development or engineering roles
• At least 4 years of demonstrated team leadership and management experience
• Advanced proficiency in Node.js and React development frameworks
• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud)
• DevOps expertise and implementation experience
• Strong technical capabilities with commitment to hands-on involvement
• Excellence in code review methodologies and quality assurance practices
• Superior leadership abilities with proven track record of team development
• Demonstrated skill in translating business requirements into actionable development roadmaps
