As we expand, we're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Support & Compliance Agent to join our great team! In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of player financial transactions and identity verification.
Responsibilities
- Process player financial requests accurately and efficiently.
- Manage repetitive operational tasks.
- Handle Know Your Customer (KYC) requests, including document review.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and KYC & Identify and escalate process discrepancies.
- Having fun.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a detail-oriented operational role.
- High level of English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Strong basic Excel skills.
- Proven ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy and speed.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday.
