Job Description: Senior Product Manager – AI Center at Sheba Medical Center

Position Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for AI integration within hospital workflows, defining system requirements, and driving the development, implementation, and clinical adoption of AI-powered solutions. The role emphasizes strong product management expertise, AI familiarity, and user-centered design to create scalable and impactful healthcare technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration and translate them into actionable product roadmaps.
• Requirements Documentation:Develop clear solution requirements and specifications using systematic and structured methodologies to guide development teams effectively.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner closely with clinicians, hospital leadership, and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals, processes, and outcomes.
• AI Solution Development:Work with R&D teams to design, test, and iterate AI-driven functionalities and workflows, ensuring high usability and clinical impact.
• Implementation & Integration: Oversee the deployment of solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing hospital systems and workflows.
• Impact Measurement:Lead validation efforts, measuring the outcomes of deployed solutions and driving data-informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• Product Management Experience:Proven track record with 7+ years of leading product development and implementation efforts in complex environments (healthcare preferred).
• Requirements Engineering:Expertise in documenting clear, actionable system requirements and managing development lifecycles with multidisciplinary teams.
• Stakeholder Alignment:Adept at working across diverse teams (executives, clinicians, data scientists, engineers) to drive collaboration and shared outcomes.
• Process Optimization:Deep experience in analyzing workflows and implementing solutions that deliver measurable improvements.
• AI/ML Familiarity: Strong understanding of AI/ML applications, with experience managing products leveraging advanced algorithms or data-driven insights.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to facilitate discussions with technical teams, ensuring feasibility and scalability of integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare Technology Experience: Background in hospital systems, digital health, or health IT strongly preferred but not required.
• UI/UX Expertise: Familiarity with prototyping tools, user testing methodologies, and human-centered design approaches.
• Change Management Skills:Experience driving adoption and change management strategies in large organizations.
• Data Analysis Skills:Proficiency in data visualization and outcome tracking as part of solution validation efforts.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience with integrating products in enterprise IT systems (e.g., ERP, EMR/EHR).
