We're Hiring: Financial Controller

📍 Ramat Gan – Bursa District (Hybrid, 1 day a week from home)

We are a publicly traded communications company based in the Bursa district of Ramat Gan, and we're looking for a Financial Controller to join our finance leadership team. Reporting directly to the Deputy CFO, this role includes overseeing the finance team and managing the company’s end-to-end financial reporting and compliance processes.

• Lead and manage the company’s financial reporting, including periodic management reports, statutory reporting, and taxation.
• Supervise the finance team including assistant controllers, accounting, and collections.
• Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Drive internal financial processes, controls, and continuous improvements to support business performance and reporting objectives.
• Collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Lead budgeting and payroll planning processes in coordination with Finance and HR teams, ensuring precise monitoring and control of salary and compensation expenses.
• Independently manage and lead reporting projects and finance initiatives across departments.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Mandatory
• Proven experience with financial reporting under IFRS – Mandatory
• Previous experience in auditing or working for a public company or a subsidiary of a public company – Mandatory
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong command of Excel – Mandatory
• Advantage: Experience with ERP systems, especially Priority
