About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager-a seasoned and hands-on professional with 6-8 years of experience in B2B marketing. You should bring both strategic vision and operational excellence, with a strong background in demand generation for early-stage startups.

This role is for someone who thrives in startup environments, is fluent in modern marketing tech stacks, and is passionate about driving qualified leads and brand growth. You will own our marketing function and work closely with the sales executives and leadership to fuel revenue growth through both inbound and outbound channels.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Revenue Alignment

• Design and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns to generate qualified pipeline
• Partner with sales executives to support account-based marketing and meeting-setting efforts
• Build and manage automated lead nurturing workflows to increase conversion rates

Marketing Technology & Automation

• Take ownership of our marketing stack: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, and more
• Set up and optimize outreach flows, sequences, lead scoring, and CRM automations
• Analyze campaign performance and pipeline attribution to optimize ROI

Outbound, Events & Brand Activation

• Manage and grow executive LinkedIn profiles and coordinate personalized outbound initiatives
• Work with agencies and freelancers to run outbound campaigns, paid ads, and webinars
• Lead planning and execution of industry conference activities, including booth design and onsite meetings

Content, Social & Thought Leadership

• Own our social media strategy and execution, especially on LinkedIn
• Drive creation of marketing assets: case studies, email sequences, one-pagers, landing pages, and video snippets
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing and sales materials

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with at least 2 years in an early-stage startup
• Strong hands-on experience in demand generation, lead qualification, and pipeline growth
• Deep understanding of tools like HubSpot, Clay, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and webinar platforms
• Track record of working with sales teams and supporting sales executives with qualified leads and content
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and service providers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or hardware tech-a strong advantage

Nice to Have

• Background in marketing to traditional industries or engineering personas
• Familiarity with conference logistics and physical brand activation
• Knowledge of sales enablement strategies and CRM hygiene best practices
