Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust game infrastructure, reusable game modules, server-side components, game live-ops features, and data integration systems
• Lead architecture decisions and technology selection processes
• Collaborate in designing and implementing CI/CD infrastructure
• Design and implement comprehensive unit testing, performance testing, and scaled testing frameworks
• Lead integration efforts with 3rd party software and services (data platform, Sentry, marketing platforms, game recording platforms, Firebase, server modules...)
• Design and build game simulators, game editors, and administrative tools
• Collaborate closely with our data engineering and server infrastructure teams
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to game developers
• Integrate and leverage AI tools to enhance code development, unit testing, automation processes, pull request validations, and performance profiling

Required Skills & Experience

●     4+ years of experience and expertise in mobile game development

●     3+ years of experience and expertise in Unity development

●     Experience with C#

●     Experience working with data platforms and analytics tools

●     Experience developing administrative tools and live operations infrastructure

●     Experience in development leadership roles (tech lead, team management)

●     Experience integrating and working with AI tools across development workflows, including code generation, ticketing systems, documentation, exception handling, and code review processes

●     Experience in building CI/CD pipelines

●     Experience with working with a cloud vendor (like GCP, AWS)

●     Experience with working with analytical DB (like BigQuery) and operational DBs (like MongoDB, MySql)
