Senior Controller

We are a company providing CFO services to startups, specializing in financial management, growth processes, and fundraising preparation. We work with entrepreneurs and tech companies to streamline business operations, generate financial insights, and support strategic decision-making.

General Description:

Location: Hybrid (1 day a week from home & in-office at North Tel Aviv offices)

Position Type: Full-time with flexible hours

Responsibilities:

• Working with several companies to oversee the preparation of financial statements, A/R and cash management, internal management reporting and controls, and budget monitoring.
• Working in tandem with the needs and requests of the CFO.
• Overseeing payroll, option grants, and additional finance-related processes.
• Managing the revenue cycle financial reporting for clients and their subsidiaries.
• Managing the day-to-day relationship with independent auditors to ensure that clients are in full compliance with all financing agreements, regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years as a controller.
• Degree in Accounting; CPA required.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with US GAAP.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience working in a high-tech or startup company – a plus.
• Big 4 accounting firm experience – a plus.
