About the Role:

As an Engineering Team Leader at Sheba, you'll lead a talented team of software engineers to

develop innovative healthcare solutions. You'll oversee backend, frontend, and mobile

development initiatives while ensuring alignment with our medical mission. Your leadership will

be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical solutions and healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of full-stack, and mobile developers through the

entire software development lifecycle

• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and execution using agile methodologies

• Drive architectural decisions and establish technical standards for scalable, secure

healthcare applications

• Collaborate with medical stakeholders to translate healthcare requirements into technical

specifications

• Oversee system integration with existing healthcare platforms and ensure interoperability

• Establish and monitor development metrics to continuously improve team performance

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and quality assurance processes

• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term technology infrastructure planning

• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential application in

healthcare

• Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and technical excellence

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Strong technical background with expertise in JavaScript ecosystems (React, Angular)

and backend technologies (Python, Node JS , .NET)

• Experience leading development across web and mobile platforms

• Proven track record in agile project management and sprint planning

• Experience with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and modern DevOps

practices

• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate between technical and medical

domains

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable

solutions

• Background in healthcare technology is highly valuable

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a puls
