Job Overview:

We seek an experienced and motivated Director of Finance (who reports to the company's CFO) to lead the company’s global financial operations. This role will oversee all financial functions, including accounting, FP&A, tax, legal, treasury, and more, across the company and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Position Level: Startup mid-level

Key Responsibilities:

●  Oversight of all finance, accounting, tax, legal, FP&A, and treasury functions across the company and its subsidiaries.

●  Lead the period-close process monthly, quarterly, and annually.

●  Drive cross-company projects, including automation initiatives and process improvement.

●  Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, banks, financial partners, institutions, authorities (ITA, IRS, US state-level authorities), and the company's consultants.

Minimum Requirements:

●  Team player with a startup mentality, agility, and flexibility.

●  Certified CPA.

●  4+ years of experience (at least 2 years in a Big-4 accounting firm’s High-tech department).

●  Strong English skills, both spoken and written.

●  Efficient and creative problem-solving skills.

●  Self-starter, capable of learning and working independently.

●  Outstanding attention to detail with high levels of analytical and professional skills.

●  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
