Research Development Team Lead

A dynamic and innovative company is looking for an R&D Team Lead to head our Research & Development team and shape the future of our AI platform

Location- Herzliya (only applicants in Israel can apply)

Responsibilities

Lead an R&D team in an advanced technological field.

✔ Develop a technological roadmap and lead strategic projects.

✔ Manage cloud infrastructure, optimize performance, and ensure information security.

✔ Conduct code reviews and lead hands-on development processes to maintain product quality.

✔ Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and AI Data teams.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in R&D or engineering, with at least 4 years in team management.

Proficiency in Node.js and React.

In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP) and DevOps.

Strong technical skills, including hands-on involvement, code reviews, and high-level leadership ability.

Ability to translate business goals into practical development plans.
