About HR Dept.
We manage all aspects of HR within the organization.
We are looking for a motivated HR coordinator to join our team.
Join us, and you'll have the opportunity to learn and develop across various fields of the HR world, in a dynamic environment at a well-established global company that is constantly growing.
The job period is currently one year, with the option for extension to be evaluated.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment - managing the entire process, including sourcing candidates through recruitment channels, focusing on LinkedIn and social media, organizing job fairs, and conducting job interviews.
- Onboarding - coordinating the process and overseeing its execution.
- Training - operating and maintaining the training system, creating an annual training plan, coordinating internal and external training sessions, seminars, and conferences, while monitoring and supervising the execution of training and maintaining training documentation.
- Welfare - coordinating and organizing employee welfare activities.
- Organizational communication - maintaining the organizational portal and company magazine, etc.
- Managing donations and community relations.
- Operating the attendance monitoring system.
- Performing administrative tasks in the HR department.
- Full-time job on-site (no home office).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Science, or a related field.
- High level of Hebrew and English
- Experience in a similar role with exposure to HR operations systems, project management, and knowledge of HR processes and practices - advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and organizational communications
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and show accountability.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks while managing time effectively.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Possess a problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address issues and drive solutions.
