Our platform discreetly connects speakers of languages such as English, French, Russian, Arabic, German, and more, with positions advertised by a variety of companies, including international organizations, startups, and headhunters. UWORK aims to ensure that every foreign language speaker in Israel finds their dream job and remains employed happily.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting, Head Hunting position located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, and building strong employer branding. Additional tasks include coordinating with graduate recruitment programs and maintaining relationships with existing and potential candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

• Proven experience in Hiring and Recruiting
• Strong Interviewing skills
• Knowledge and experience in Employer Branding
• Experience in managing and coordinating Graduate Recruitment programs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the Tel Aviv District job market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
