About the Job
We are looking for an Operations and Office Manager to join our team! If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and love keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you. This role involves managing office supplies, coordinating vendors, and handling administrative tasks.
This is a full-time, on-site position in our Tel Aviv office, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.
ResponsibilitiesOffice & Facilities Management- Oversee and optimize day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and a smooth workflow across teams.
- Maintain a well-organized and well-maintained office space.
- Manage office supplies, groceries, and equipment for new employees.
- Coordinate office cleaning, maintenance, and facility needs.
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and office supply vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage office-related vendor contracts, orders, and invoices.
- Assist executives with administrative tasks, scheduling, and internal process coordination.
- Handle administrative paperwork and document signatures.
- Manage financial operational tasks, including billing and payments.
- Assisting the Finance Team with payments and invoice organization.
- Budget optimization.
- Organize team happy hours
- Coordinate holiday gifts, birthdays, and employee appreciation initiatives.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Independent Mindset.
- A team player with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in tools like Monday.com, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, finance, or office management within a high-tech company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Willingness to take on administrative and operational tasks.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Familiarity with startup environments and the ability to adapt to changing needs is a plus.
