R&D Team Lead (Java), we are looking for you!

Your impact and Mission:

• Play a substantial part in shaping product strategy based on what’s technically possible (and often make the impossible possible).
• Lead the full product development lifecycle from design and implementation to testing and production.
• Work closely with the team’s data scientists to plan and implement new Machine Learning models and strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities and provide technological solutions.

Your Experience, Mindset, and Skills:

• 6+ years of experience as a team lead with HO passion
• Proven expertise in leading, mentoring, and developing a team
• Substantial Backend engineering experience and understanding, in high-scale environments and multi-threaded applications, including Java, SQL, and Big Data technologies.
• Experience to see through a feature from inception to implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of the Ad-Tech industry (RTB and overall Ad Exchanges),
• Drives high-quality code standards, and best practices.

It can be a great plus if you have:

• Work experience in agile startups or innovation teams.
• Experience in Presto, Hive and Hazelcast

Important to know: We work in a hybrid model - 3 days together @ the office and 2 WFH days, in fixed days.
