AI Projects Manager

A leading public corporation in Tel Aviv is seeking an AI Expert to lead the development and implementation of an organizational AI adoption strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of an enterprise-wide AI implementation plan.
• Provide expert consultation and guidance to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and conduct business needs assessments.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise information systems.
• Translate organizational goals into practical, tech-driven AI solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in advising and leading AI initiatives in large organizations.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT systems and AI integration.
• Strong facilitation skills, including leading strategy workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Ability to bridge business needs and technological capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the public sector or with decentralized organizations is an advantage.
