What will you be responsible for?

• You will lead a full-stack team of highly talented developers
• You will have ownership over a key domain at Guidde which includes our recommendation engine, content management, content distribution and more
• You will take a key part in planning and executing Guidde’s architecture
• You will be part of an amazing team pushing Guidde growth and executing its challenging roadmap
• You will be taking a key role in defining and shaping our development processes
  
  

• You are an experienced Team Lead of talented developers
• You have a high level of managerial skills to create the right environment for talents to thrive
• You have hands-on experience in planning and executing architecture that satisfies complex requirements
• You have 6+ years experience in Software development, preferably working with NodeJS & React on Cloud-Based SaaS products
• You have 3+ years experience as a Team Lead
• You are a team player who wants to join a great team
• You are a professional practicing the most advanced methodologies in DevOps and CI/CD
  
  

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
• Hands-on experience with both SQL and noSQL databases
• Experience in search and recommendation engines
