Supervisor Operations project

We’re on the hunt for a sharp, proactive Project Supervisor to be the right hand of our CEO — helping drive business development processes, coordinating between teams, and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee marketing projects and communicate with leading brands and senior stakeholders

• Serve as the CEO’s operational partner: coordinate meetings, manage calendars, handle administrative tasks, and prepare contracts and meeting materials

• Coordinate cross-functional tasks and ensure smooth execution across departments

• Manage budgets and create strategic work plans

• Attend meetings, accompany the CEO to client sessions, write meeting summaries, and follow up on action items

Requirements:

• account manager or supervisor from a marketing/advertising agency looking to take the next step in your career

• Experience as a supervisor/account manager/client lead in a creative or advertising agency – a strong advantage

• Must-have: solid knowledge of digital marketing and performance channels (PPC)

• Familiarity with platforms like Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Taboola, and Outbrain

• Passionate about sales and marketing

• Fluent in both English and Hebrew – verbal and written

• Proficient in Excel and building reports/presentations

• Highly organized, service-oriented, and detail-focused

• Positive mindset, adaptable, quick thinker, and creative

• This is a hybrid, flexible-hours position
