I'm recruiting on behalf of an early-stage cybersecurity startup (post-seed) based in Tel Aviv, which is transforming the way organizations manage and secure system changes. The company is looking for a DevOps Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of infrastructure design and implementation.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building from scratch, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is comfortable being the go-to person for all things infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build AWS-based production infrastructure using EKS (Kubernetes) and Terraform.
- Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines with Docker, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
- Implement GitOps best practices across environments.
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and observability tools (e.g., Opsgenie).
- Ensure cloud infrastructure is scalable, secure, cost-efficient, and compliant (SOC2).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support development and deployment needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hands-on DevOps role.
- Proven experience building infrastructure from the ground up.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, EKS, and Terraform.
- Experience with GitOps tools: ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Helm.
- Familiarity with observability tools and practices – a plus.
- Proficient in Python and Bash.
- Background in software development – a significant advantage.
