This is a full-time role for an R&D Team Leader, located in Rosh HaAyin with some work-from-home flexibility, making it a hybrid role. The R&D Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing research and development projects, managing a team of engineers and developers, and ensuring timely project delivery. Daily tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting project goals, monitoring progress, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance product offerings.

• Experience in R&D, team leadership, and project management
• Strong technical background with knowledge in system integration, software development, and cloud architecture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Coding and development skills especially in the context of mobile app and enterprise wireless solutions
• Background in network design, audit, security, and optimization
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
• Experience with Big Data and analytics solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
