The Role:
Business & Marketing Growth Partner
We’re looking for a strategic, energetic partner to lead and grow our client base.
You’ll work closely with the founder to define outreach strategy, shape pitches, and close deals with aligned clients.
You’ll have full ownership over the business development process — from identifying opportunities to closing, nurturing, and scaling client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and connect with ideal clients and collaborators
- Lead full sales cycle: outreach, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Build and manage lasting client relationships
- Collaborate with the creative team to align execution with vision
- Shape our sales language, outreach tools, and growth strategy
Who You Are:
- Experienced in sales, marketing, or client development (bonus: creative/production background)
- Comfortable with the world of video production, branding, or content creation
- Strong communicator, relationship-builder, and problem-solver
- Independent, proactive, and organized
- Passionate about creative work — and hungry to be part of something meaningful
Compensation:
- Commission-based: 5%–15% per project, depending on scope and involvement
- Current project budgets: ₪10,000–₪50,000
- Potential to grow into a base retainer, bonus structure, or leadership role — depending on results and synergy
