About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly motivated Product Development & Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic global team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about textiles, product innovation, and marketing — with a sharp eye for details and strong project management skills. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, product development, marketing support, and cross-functional collaboration across international teams, brands and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with raw material suppliers, customers and fashion brands to support product development
• Sourcing raw materials and finished products
• Documenting development processes, creating product specs, and maintaining catalogs and price lists
• Managing sample submissions and customer approval processes
• Supporting QA and production with sustainability and quality compliance
• Assisting global sales teams by providing samples, pricing, presentations and marketing materials
• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across departments and countries
• Stay up to date with global fashion and textile trends and proposing new product ideas
• Leading product handovers from development to production and tracking initial orders

Requirements:

• Academic degree and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a global company
• Background in fashion/textile product development – an advantage
• Experience in raw material or finished product sourcing – an advantage
• High-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Proficient in MS Office - must; familiarity with PRIORITY – an advantage
• Strong multitasking and teamwork skills; able to manage tight timelines
• Experience of working in multicultural, international settings
• Fast learner with independent work skills
• Strong organizational skills, trend analysis, and high attention to detail
