Position Overview

ZoomInfo is looking for a Procurement Manager II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the review, classification, storage, and reporting of vendor contracts. You’ll play a key role in implementing company policies on contractual terms, strategy in contract management, and assisting with contract compliance investigations. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Procurement Process:
• Manage the procurement process for ZoomInfo Israel, including document review, approvals, execution, and contractor onboarding.
• Contract Management:
• Prepare, review, execute, and manage contracts, renewals, terminations, and change orders to support procurement goals.
• Sourcing Projects:
• Partner with stakeholders to plan and execute sourcing projects (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs), and define deal objectives.
• Negotiations:
• Lead commercial negotiations with vendors to meet/exceed business objectives.
• Financial Processes:
• Ensure financial processes are in place for processing payments, invoices, and work orders for suppliers and contracts.
• Vendor Compliance:
• Review vendor contracts to ensure compliance with service level objectives.
• Supplier Governance:
• Participate in ongoing supplier governance activities and liaise between vendors and stakeholders for sourcing-related activities.
• Reporting & Metrics:
• Maintain financial, operational, and service metrics for the procurement department to support goals and objectives.
  
  

What You Bring

• Education:
• BA/BS degree; MBA or related field preferred.
• Experience:
• 2-4 years in services and IT procurement, sourcing, and contract administration.
• 1-3 years of experience negotiating small to medium product and services agreements.
• Global Experience:
• Experience with global procurement processes is a plus.
• Skills:
• Ability to benchmark vendor spend and analyze financial, market, and technical data for informed decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in contract administration and governance.
• Negotiation & Communication:
• Proven experience negotiating with vendors and facilitating group meetings/presentations at all levels.
