We are seeking a skilled and motivated Controller to join our Finance team. In this role, you will oversee Playtika’s subsidiaries financial closing process and lead accounting closing processes. We value strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate can work independently and collaboratively, handle multiple tasks, and thrive in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in the quarterly and annual closing process and lead various related tasks.
- Review quarterly and year-end closing processes of Playtika’s subsidiaries.
- Prepare financial analyses for quarterly and annual reports.
- Oversee accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
- Prepare statutory financial statements and tax reports for local authorities in Israel and other jurisdictions, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and participate in special projects.
- CPA; degree in accounting.
- Previous experience in one of the Big Four accounting firms (tech department preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller in a global company, including collaboration with international teams.
- Familiarity with internal controls frameworks
- Strong MS Excel skills; proficient in all MS Office applications.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Solid understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
