About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Structural Technician with a strong background in aviation structures and a passion for precision and quality. This role is critical to ensuring the structural integrity and safety of aircraft, involving hands-on work with structural components, repairs, and modifications. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, safety-focused, and ready to contribute to a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and process documentation.
• Perform precise structural adjustments, drilling, installation, and assembly of complex structural elements.
• Conduct corrosion prevention treatments using appropriate materials and methods.
• Utilize a range of aviation tools and measuring instruments with high accuracy.
• Ensure all structural tasks are executed to the highest quality and cleanliness standards.
• Report any deviations, damages, or abnormalities immediately and accurately.
• Adhere strictly to aviation safety regulations and internal factory protocols.

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an aviation structural technician.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and follow detailed work processes.
• High-level proficiency in structural fitting, tooling, and measurement techniques.
• Experience with corrosion prevention and material handling in aerospace environments.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and detail in all aspects of structural work.

Working Conditions:

• Comfortable working at heights and in high-noise environments.
• Ability to stand, kneel, and carry moderate weights for extended periods.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
• Must be flexible to work in shifts, including overtime and Fridays as needed.
